All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances:
- If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event.
- Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. If you are unable to attend, provide the name of the person who will be replacing you 24 hrs before the class.
Timing may vary. We will process your refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase and it usually takes from 5-7 business days.

Only in a few circumstances, we are allowed to rebook using the ticket already purchased.
