You’ll learn firsthand how to:
- The Neapolitan method for mixing and kneading
- Shape the dough and top it
- Fire pizzas into 900° F ovens
- Slice, top, and serve
We will be preparing the Neapolitan classic: Margherita.

Tiramisu class 06/01 10-12 a.m.
We will be preparing the classic coffe tiramisu, learning how to make the classic zabaione for our delicious mascarpone mix.
